Returns Policy

Bhagia Heartcare PLC, owned and managed by Dr. Suresh Bhagia, operates the website www.drsureshbhagia.com.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

• It must be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable items: Food, flowers, newspapers, magazines.

• Intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases.

• Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Certain health and personal care items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

• Books with obvious signs of use.

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

2. Contact your credit card company – it may take time for the refund to reflect.

3. Contact your bank – processing times may delay refunds.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:

• A gift credit will be issued for your return.

• Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be mailed.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be processed back to the original purchaser.

Shipping

To return your product, mail it to the address mentioned above.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

• Shipping times may vary based on location.

• If returning an item worth over $50, use a trackable shipping service or consider shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
